Our journey began with the Pesado 58.5 Tamper, fitted with a 316-grade stainless steel base and a sharp 90-degree double edge. Its 58.5 mm diameter extended the tamped surface area for the first time, revolutionising consistency and setting the standard for baristas everywhere.
